Our services pricing is categorized by two type.

By Project:
Most of out by project quotation can be provided remotely by phone or email once the the details of the job is provided by customer. We give you an approximate labor cost and material by sending you a formal quotation with an expiry date.
Some quotations requires in-site visit in that case we can provide a free in-site inspection if the approximate cost of the project will be over $1000 otherwise the inspection will have a minimum $30 fee which is not refundable.
By hour:
Our by hour service fees in Scarborough area are as follow:
- Up to 1 hour job: $60
- Above 1 hour to 2 hours: $80
- Above 2 hours to 3 hours: $110
- Above 3 hours to 4 hours: $140
- Above 4 hours: $35 per hour
If the hourly charged tasks require more than one technician then all of the above amount will have an extra $18 per person per hour added.
